CXENTIAL was founded by Rob van Herpen and Carolina Lafaurie. Rob is the Player Experience specialist and has 20 years of experience working with gaming companies all over the globe, Carolina is the creative mind of the company. After a successful career in the BPO industry, Rob decided to leave behind his executive position and start a family business.
Rob and Carolina have been married for 15 years and have two kids. They lived in three different continents. Not only did they leave behind their jobs, they also started traveling the world and work as digital nomads. This means that they work 100% remote, giving their clients optimal flexibility.
